How to set up a Google Business Profile™

Create a Google user account (if you don't already have one)

Connect Your Brand 360 Account to Your Google Business Profile

IMPORTANT: Your Google user account must have access to the Google Business Profile to connect it to your Brand 360 account. If you lack access, contact the account owner and follow these steps in the Manage Access section.

Steps to Connect

Go to the Google section in the left-side navigation bar.

Click Sign in with Google.

Click I Agree to grant permission for the connection.

If you have multiple SocialVerses, toggle them on and select I Agree to ensure their videos are uploaded.

Select a Google Business Profile account or sign in.

Next, click Allow so clips can be automatically uploaded to your Google Business Profile.

After clicking Allow, you will get a Congratulations screen!

If you have more than one Google Business Profile location linked to your Google Account, select one from the list.

Success! Your Google Business Profile is connected.
