How to create an Intro Video

What is the intro video?


Improve your Mortgage Matchup™ profile by displaying an Intro Video for your visitors. This is a great opportunity for prospects to get to know you before meeting you. This is a great opportunity for you to make your first impression.


The Intro Video you set in your SocialV dashboard will be displayed on your Mortgage Matchup profile page top and center under the About section:



How to access your intro video?


To create or update your Intro Video access your SocialV dashboard from your Brand360 account. Once you've arrived at the SocialV dashboard you'll want to go to the Campaigns section. From there, select your My Borrowers Campaign.



Once you've selected your My Borrowers campaign, you'll want to click on the Add Video button in the Intro Video card at the top. This will open a window with the choice to browser your computer to select and existing video or record your own.


Uploading an intro video


We recommend that you upload a video that you created with a quality camera. You can use your phones camera or a higher quality video camera. Once you've recorded your camera, you'll want to transfer it to your computer so you can access it.


To upload your video:


  1. Click Browse Files


  1. Find the video on your computer and select it
  2. Once it loads, you can review it
  3. If you like the video, click Confirm Changes


Recording an intro video


You can also record a video from your computer camera. To record a video:


  1. Click Record Clip


  1. Enable permissions to user your computers camera and microphone
  2. Click on the red record circle to start recording immediately
  3. Click the red stop button to stop recording
  4. Your video will upload and when ready you can review i


If you don't like the default thumbnail you can update it by selecting the one that looks best. If you don't see a thumbnail you like, click the refresh button to get another set of thumbnails to choose from.


When you're happy with your video and thumbnail click **Confirm Changes. ** Now your video will appear in your Mortgage Matchup profile!


Updating your intro video


If you already have an intro video set you can just return to your SocialV dashboard, go to your primary campaign and click the Customize button in the Intro Video card located at the top.
