To find your videos that your customers have submitted, log into your Dashboard account and click the Video Clips from the menu bar on the left. There you will see all the videos submitted by your customers since your account was created. They will be displayed in grid view. You can change the view to List View if you prefer that layout.
There are two ways to view the videos you've captured from your customers in the Video Clips section: Grid and List views.
If you want to see the video thumbnails and quickly take specific actions we recommend the grid view. Each video card displays the important details about the video and quick actions to apply to the video.
If you to view more of the video records quickly we recommend the list view. This is your standard table data view.
You can take actions on your video clips in either display view. We will discuss those actions below. First we'll explain how to get there based on your layout view selected.
In Grid view you can download the video or copy it's webpage link from the card itself. If you wish to perform other actions you can click on the menu (ellipses in top right of card) to access other actions.
In List view you can click on the video to open the Clip Details and view details and take actions.
How to assign to SocialVerse
You can add a video directly to an existing SocialVerse by opening the video card menu and selecting Add to SocialVerse.
The Video Details slide out for that video will appear. Click on the + Add button and select the SocialVerse from the popup list you want to assign the video to.
Select Video Card menu in Grid view or the video row in List view to open the Clip Details menu slide out. At the top right of the slide out is the clip status.
Unpublished
Videos that haven't been assigned to a SocialVerse
Published
Videos that have been assigned to one or more SocialVerses
Moderated
Videos that have been moderated by the SocialV platform for being inappropriate or manually moderated at the account administers discretion. Moderated videos can be changed to Unpublished by an account member.**
To delete a video clip from your SocialV Dashboard you will need to:
Go to the Video Clips section of your Dashboard
Select Delete Clip from the video card menu in Grid view or click on the video row in List view to open the Clip Details slide out
At the bottom of the slide out is a trash icon. Click on it.
Confirm you wish to delete the video
The video is removed from your SocialV dashboard.
It can be valuable to update a clips thumbnail with the best possible version. Select Change Thumbnail from the video card menu in Grid view or click on the video row in List video to open the Clip Details slide out.
Select the best thumbnail you see and click Save to update the thumbnail. If you don't see a thumbnail preview to your liking then click Refresh to load another set of better thumbnails. Keep doing this until you find a thumbnail to your liking. Then select it and click Save.
If you want to showcase the videos from your customers on Social Media we have a couple of options the help you do that.
Download the video
For social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok that are primarily video based, we recommend downloading the video. To do this, follow these instructions:
Go to your Video Clips section
Find the video you want to showcase
Select the Download icon from the bottom of the video card or bottom of the Clip Details slide out
From the Download window that appears, select they version of the video you prefer
Once downloaded, go to your social media platform and select the video from your computer
Share the page link
All of your customer videos have their own playback page that you can share a link to. These pages display the video full screen and include a call-to-action button you can embed with a destination URL to drive viewers to a website page of your choosing.
This link can be shared on social posts like Facebook, LinkedIn and X (Twitter). To obtain the video page link, follow these instructions:
Go to the Video Clips section of your dashboard
Click on the Link button on the bottom of the video card in Grid view or he bottom of the slide out in List view to copy the link to your clipboard
Open your social media platform and start a new post
Paste the link into the caption portion and include a space after it
A preview of the video will appear. Add any caption you want to include with the link to the video page
When you're ready, send the post.

How to change the Clip thumbnail
