How to upload a video to an existing Creator
How to add a new Creator and upload a video for them
We make it possible for you to manually upload videos to new or existing Creators. There are two ways to do this from the Creators section of the dashboard.
To manually upload a video in your dashboard to an existing Creator you'll need to log into your account and select the Creator section from let navigation panel on the left.. From there, follow these instructions to add the customer and upload a video on their behalf.
Find the creator you wish to add the video to by using the search field or by scrolling through the list to find them
Click on the creator in the list to open the Creator Details slide out
At the bottom of the panel there is an Upload Clip button. Click on it.
Select a campaign you'd like the video to be associated with (note: it will default to your primary campaign)
Click on the Browse File button to open the file select window
Find the video file you want to upload and click Open
The video will begin to upload. When the upload completes it will appear at the top of the video list in the details panel.
To manually upload a video in your dashboard you'll need to log into your account and select the Creator tab in left side navigation panel. From there, follow these instructions to add the customer (creator) and upload a video on their behalf.
Click the Add Creator button in upper right
Enter the customers information (you can use a unique dummy phone number for each if you do not know it) and make sure to choose Upload a clip for this Creator > Yes
Click the Next: Upload A Clip button to enter the Upload A Clip step. Here you can drag the video file or use the choose file option to search for the file on your computer.
Uploading a video for this customer is required. If for started this process without a video you'll need to refresh the page and use the Add Video to an Existing Creator flow mentioned above by finding this new creator in the Pending tab.
Once the file is uploaded you have the choice to remove it and upload a different file or to complete the step by clicking Add Creator & Clip
If you only have one active Campaign this customer and the video will be associated with it.
If you have more than one active Campaign you will have the option to change the default Campaign and select the Campaign of your choosing.
