Did someone email or text you a video?

You can manually upload any video for an existing Creator or a new Creator from the Creators tab in your Video Reviews dashboard.

Upload a Video for an Existing Creator

Log into your Video Reviews dashboard and navigate to the Creator tab in the left navigation panel.

Step by Step Instructions

Find the creator you wish to add the video to. Use search or scroll the list to find their name.
Click on the creator's name in the list. This will open the Creator Detail panel on the right.



Click on the Upload Clip button at the bottom of the Creator Detail Panel.
Select a campaign you'd like the video to be associated with. If no selection is made, it will default to your primary campaign.



Click on the Browse Files button to open the file select window.
Find the video file you want to upload and click Open. The video will begin uploading.
When the upload is complete, it will appear in the video list, within the detail panel.

Upload a Video for a New Creator

Log into your Video Reviews dashboard and navigate to the Creator tab in the left-side navigation panel.

Step by Step Instructions

From the Creator tab, click the Add Creator button in the upper right corner.


Enter your borrower’s information (use a dummy phone number if needed), then select Yes for Upload a Clip for this Creator.


Click Next: Upload A Clip, then drag and drop the video file or use the Choose File option.


Once uploaded, you can replace the file or finish the process by clicking Add Creator & Clip.
