How Video Reviews Invitations Work


The SocialV Video Reviews platform automatically sends up to four invitations to new closed loan borrowers. No additional effort on your part is required.

When you enable the Video Reviews from within the Brand 360 dashboard, new closed loan borrowers from that point forward will automatically be sent up to four invitation text messages with a personalized link directing them to submit their video using your accounts branded Creator App.
By default, the My Borrowers campaign in your Video Reviews account is automatically configured to send multiple invites (up to four maximum) until a borrower has uploaded a video.
The Day 1 Text message Invitation is sent within 24 hours of the loan being imported into Brand360.
If an invited borrower does not upload a video after receiving all four invites (Day 1, Day 3, Day 7 & Day 14), they will no longer receive any more invites.


Send Text Message Invitations to Prior Borrowers



YES, you can send invites to borrowers who closed loans with you before Video Reviews was enabled in your Brand 360 dashboard. To do so, navigate to the Campaigns section of your Video Reviews dashboard and select the 'My Borrowers' campaign .

From there you can choose to upload a list of borrowers or add borrowers individually whom you wish to invite.



Upload A List



Navigate to the Add Your Customers tab of My Borrowers > Essentials tab.
Click on Upload A List.


Select and upload your file of Prior Borrower information.
Ensure the file contains the necessary information (First name, Last name, Cell Number & date loan was closed)

Add Individual



Navigate to the Add Your Customers tab of My Borrowers > Essentials tab.
Click on Add Individual.


Enter the full name and phone number of each borrower you wish to invite.
Save each entry.

The invitations for all the individual borrowers entered will be prepared, and available on the Send Invites tab where you can review and send them.

Review And Send Prepared Invites



Once you’ve reviewed or customized your invite messages (Day 1, Day 3, Day 7 & Day 14) and added your prior borrowers, go to the Send Invites section.


Review your invite list by clicking Review Customers
Click on the “Send” button to send out the prepared invites to your borrowers.





Review Invitations Sent and Resend



You can review and manage your invites by clicking on the My Borrowers > Invites tab. You can quickly view performance metrics like Click Through Rate and data on where invitees are within the invite flow.


View invites that are either Delivered or Undelivered
Resend the invitation if 14+ days have passed since the last invitation was delivered


A single borrower can receive a maximum of 4 invites


Customize the Invitation Experience



The SocialV Video Reviews platform enables you to customize these invitation text messages as well as the rest of the invitation experience that includes:

Invitation Text Message(s) - first invitation and up to 3 follow-up text message invites
Welcome Video - played when the customer arrives at the web app to record/upload their video upon clicking the personalized link from the invite text message
Thank You Text Message - sent after the borrower has successfully submitted their video to your dashboard


Customize Your Invite Text Messages



Go to the Campaign section in your dashboard.
Select the My Borrowers campaign
Under the Essentials tab find the section labeled Invite Text Message.


Select the Day 1 message and click Customize


Customize the message by including personalized details or instructions.
Save your changes.
Repeat this process for the follow-up invite messages for Day 3, 7, and 14

Create a Welcome Video



Under the Essentials tab find the section labeled Welcome Video section


Click on Customize.
Select Custom and either record or upload a brief video welcoming your customer and provide instructions on what type of video they should create.


Save your changes.

Customize Your Thank You Text Message



Under the Essentials tab find the section labeled __Thank you text message* section


Customize the thank you message text


Include any important information or follow-up instructions.
Save your changes.
