# The volume on my recorded video is low at first

When playing the video back the first 15 second you start with super low volume that slowly gets to full volume.

||| This is an issue with Apple and their iPhone products and this workaround requires you accessing your settings

This issue appears to impact iPhones 12 and earlier.  But if you experience it with your iPhone device, follow these steps:

# How to solve

1. Open your Settings
2. Scroll down to the Camera and select it
3. Toggle to OFF the *Record Stereo Sound*
4. Go back to the video record website and record your video

After recording you video you can go back to the Camera settings and toggle the *Record Stereo Sound* back to on if you'd like
