Add the SocialV Plugin to your WordPress Website

Integrating SocialV with your WordPress site is straightforward. Follow this guide to upload and activate the plugin using the standard WordPress block editor.

How to Install on WordPress

Step 1: Download the SocialV Plugin

Click the Download PLugin **button below to save the socialv-plugin.zip file to your computer. **Note: Do not unzip the file; WordPress requires the zipped format for uploading.

Step 2: Open Plugins → Add New Plugin

In your WordPress admin sidebar, go to Plugins → Add New Plugin, then click Upload Plugin at the top.

Step 3: Upload and install the .zip file

Click Choose File, pick socialv-plugin.zip, then click Install Now.

Step 4: Activate the plugin

When you see "Plugin installed successfully", click Activate Plugin.

Step 5: Add the SocialV block to a page

Edit any page or post, click the + block inserter, search "SocialV Plugin", insert it.

• Once the block is inserted, you will see a field for your Website Plugin ID.
• To get your ID: Open your SocialV Dashboard, navigate to the Website Plugin section, and click "Get Code" on the specific plugin you wish to display.
• Copy the ID and paste it into the WordPress block settings, then hit Update.
